UoP to introduce its own testing service

University of Peshawar is planning to develop its own testing service from this academic year for BS, MA and MSC programs, similar to NTS test.
Other public sector universities can also use these testing services for admissions in various programs. This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by VC Professor Rasul Jan along with heads of teaching departments.
On the occasion, Prof Jan said that University closed its last financial year with zero shortfalls due to special economic steps as compared to Rs. 219 million in the year 2012-13.
Prof Jan also said that those employees who’re doing private businesses or any other job without NOC would be declare responsible along with their heads of departments.
Director admission told the meeting that around 255 students has applied for HEC scholsrships and after the provision by university, the amount would be handed over to them.
