SHC Restriction Sindh Government New Entry Test Date
Karachi, Government of Sindh has already cancelled the result of the entry test for grant of admission in the MBBS and BDS classes in the medical and dental colleges. The government of Sindh wanted to conduct the entry test once again but Sindh High Court has restricted the government to declare the new date for the entry test.
The two member bench of High Court heard the petition and challenged the notification of government of Sindh to cancel the entry test result after the question paper was leaked before the entry test and the test was conducted on 22 October 2017. The judge asked for the verdict of the committee, which was set up by the Chief Minister to probe into the matter.
When the case was filed in the SHC, the lawyer of NTS said that the allegations against the leakage of the entry test paper is false and baseless and they did not receive any complaint against the test. He further added that the politicians want to tarnish the reputation of the NTS. The committee is doing the investigation and it will complete its work during the first week of December and the entry test will be conducted once again at public sector medical institutes.
