Peshawar, Six working groups have been set up for looking into the suggestions for making education procedure better and improve the efficiency of the private educational institutes affiliated with various universities.

The members of the group said that it is the need of the hour to improve the condition of laboratories and the establishment of multi media facilities. The security arrangements for the students and availability of fire extinguishing tools should be declared mandatory. The Vice Chancellor of Peshawar University Prof Dr Qibla Ayaz said while addressing the participants of the meeting that these suggestions will be acted upon in the institutions affiliated with Peshawar University. The other participants of the meeting were Additional Secretary Higher Education and other concerned staff.
The participants also stressed that the appointment of full time faculty members and their salaries will be brought equal to the governmental educational institutes and the surprise checking of the educational institutes will be carried out more often than before.
