7-day Textile Exhibition Start In UoS

Sargodha, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Muhammad Akram Ch, while addressing to the inaugural ceremony of 7-days exhibition of Textile research paper 2012, said that the University of Sargodha is one of those universities which are showing extraordinary performance in education and research field. All of the departments have developed with the provision of some basic facilities. The event was arranged by the Department of Fine Arts of the UoS.

He further added that the artists have very respectable and important status in the society and he reflects different characters of life of the society with the help of his talent, passion and feelings. The UoS has the honor that its talented students are working continuously in various fields of life for beneficial purposes.

The University of Sargodha has developed in very short period of time and achieved high reputation at national and international level through its excellent performance in teaching and research activities. This university remains Pakistan’s vulnerable university by recruiters in the field of Economics, Business Management, Chemical Industry, IT Industry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Social Services, and NGOs. The university also made some reforms to improve the standard of education and research.

Many newly emerging faculties are also inducted to make the education of this university relevant to the needs of the society in the coming days. In the similar way, 1000 computers have been installed in the university which is increasing rapidly. A local Area Network service is also provided for making access to the new knowledge in global village environment. The university is staffed with highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty which is imparting education of high quality and busy in conducting meaningful research in scientific, social, re3ligiouos and professional fields.
