Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad
Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad announced that it would offer the special scholarships to the students, who get over 75% marks in their latest exams. The university has maintained this scholarship scheme to the students, who get maximum marks and it will promote the competition among the students and also encourage the outstanding and brilliant students.
The outstanding candidates can download the admission forms from the link, which is given in website of the university. They complete it and send it to the Director Students advisory services at the main campus through the regional offices. The candidates can send their application forms for the autumn semester 2017 till the closing date of 28 September 2017 without late fee.
The university has already allocated Rs.170 million in the annual budget to help the deserving students and the students, who fall in the set categories, they have been advised to contact the nearest regional campus of the university to avail the opportunity. AIOU is offering free education to the disabled persons, prisoners, and drop out girls as the special case according to their policy to take care the demoted sections of society.
