Dispatch of Roll Number Slips Through SMS

Lahore, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore has decided that the roll number slips for matric and intermediate exams for the year 2013 will be provided to the students through SMS on their mobile phones. This decision has been made to facilitate the students. The students can also verify to the examiner and staff as they are the candidates for the subject exams.
According to the detailed information, the board has decided keeping in view of the problems being faced by the students, the provision of the roll number slips has been introduced in the matric and intermediate exams for the year 2013. With the introduction of this service the students will get rid of the visits of the board which they make just one day before the start of the exams. The board has contacted with the mobile phone companies and their discussion for the provision of this unique system is carried on. This system will prove useful and fruitful if the information for exams and roll number slips will be done on time and accurately. But there is heavy traffic on the mobile phone SMS service then this service will also prove useless and the difficulties of the students will remain exist.
