DUHS Starts Admissions in Summer Short Courses

Karachi, The Examination Department of the Dow University of Health Sciences has announced that the short courses in the disciplines like Applied Biostatistics, Research Methodology, Fundamental Epidemiology and Statistical Software for Health Sciences are going to be started.
The University is introducing these courses with the specification of Applied Biostatistics for analytical procedures and statistical concepts and it is applied to meet the data, which we got from biomedical sciences and biotechnology. The application of this course is done on the basic concepts of statistical inferences, experimental design and quantitative analysis.
The course of Statistical Software for Health Science has been designed to make it familiarize with Social Sciences Statistical Package and MS Excel. The Epidata, Minitab and Statistical Analysts System are the courses, which will cover various other topics including graphing, data management, simple inferential tests like chi-square test, t-test and one factor ANOVA and descriptive analyses are covered in these courses.
