Entrance Requirement in Institutions of Norway

It is must that all international students must fulfill the same entrance requirements that are for Norwegian students. All these type of requirements may vary and depends on the country in which applicant student completed his / her secondary and primary education. It is must that the applicant should have completed the upper secondary education. There is also some specific type of entry requirements for different programs in certain subjects of study. In some of the cases the occupational and non-formal competence experience may also be included as the qualification criteria as the requirement of the entry into different study programs.

All those students who apply for the graduate study programs must have to satisfy the requirements that are regarding to the previous studies of student at the university level. Normally the colleges and universities of Norway issues following three types of degree programs that is Bachelor’s Degree Programs that are of three years, Master’s Degree Programs that are of two years and PhD Degree Programs that are of three years. There is also a need of very good command of English language for all those students that attend Norwegian institutions of the higher education. All those international students who are not native speaker of English language have to provide English Language proficiency document.
