IIU MSC, M.Ed and MA new syllabus 2015

Among review and updating of the scheme of studies of dissimaler programs, the Department of Education of the International Islamic University has revised the outlines of MS, Med, MA and BS programs of the schemes of studies which were already approved.

A committee of faculty members has been made the revision in the light of the vision of IIU, national needs, overseas trends and demands of the twenty first century, a member of the relevant staff have mentioned.

As per to his statement, by the committee members under the dean of the Faculty of Social Science Professor NB Jumani and the chairperson of the Department of Education Dr Samina Malik as session of presentation had taken place on campus.

Gratitude to the Faculty members has been expressed by Dr Jumani for their comprehensive efforts and to the experts as well for their precious input and mentioned it would assist improve the quality of teaching process at the department.

Dr. Samina earlier appreciated the enthusiasm of Faculty members about their effort.

Experts from other Universities were as well invited such as Professor M. Aslam Asghar from Mohiuddin Islamic University, Islamabad, Professor Hashim Abbasi from Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, Dr. Aliya Zafar, Head Department of Humanities from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad, and Dr. Muhammad Tanveer Afzal from Department of Secondary Teacher Education.

All the guests appreciated the efforts of all committee and they mentioned suggestions for more improvements.

As well they emphasized that the recent books in the outlines have to be available and these books have to be included in the library of students.
