Islamia University Bahawalpur is going to conduct 5th International Seerat Conference from Jan 29 to Jan 31, 2013. The topic of the Seerat conference is “Our social problems and solution of those under the light of Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH)”.

According to the detailed information, the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) conference is conducted on the direction of the Vice Chancellor Islamia University Bahawalpur, Prof Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar and he also held meeting with the Faculty heads of the departments, Principals of the colleges. He emphasized that Islamia University will continue conducting conference on this diverse topic for searching the problems being faced by the Muslim communities in the world. The life of our beloved prophet (PBUH) gives us light and direction to seek solution of our problems which we face in our practical life. The conference will also help us to seek guidance from the religious teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH).

It is also disclosed that the ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, Dr Abdul Aziz Bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer and Director General of Maktaba Al-Dawat-ul-Irhsad, Muhammad Bin Saad Al-Dosry will be the chief guest in the International Seerat Conference. Various well renowned scholars including Prof Dr Abdul Aziz Al-Awabi of Madina University Saudi Arabia, Vice Chancellor of Sargodha University Prof Dr Muhammad Akram Chodry, Hafiz Nisar ul Haq from America, Prof Dr Mazhar Yaseen Siddique of Aligarh University India will give their thesis and papers during this conference which will be continued for seven sessions.
