IUB Spring Admissions 2014

Bahawalpur, Islamia University Bahawalpur is the higher standard of Educational institute for the provision of education to the students in various subjects. Now IUB Bahawalpur has started the admission process for grant of admission in the MPhil/LLM/MS/PhD and MSc (Hons) programs for the semester system and LLM under the annual system. IUB starts admissions in MPhil/LLM programs including Inorganic Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Economics, Arabic, Mathematics, Siraiki, Chemistry, Library & Information Science, Gender Studies, Biochemistry, Persian, Pharmacology, Islamic Studies, Iqbaliat, English (Literature), Educational Training, Media Studies, History, English (Linguistics), Pak Studies, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Political Science, Commerce, Physical Chemistry, Education, Political Science, Urdu, Geography, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Statistics.

IUB has also started the admission process in the MS programs in Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry and Botany. The candidates can also get admission in the MPhil and in the Distance Education programs in Arabic, Pak Studies, Education, Persian, Media Studies and Educational Training.

IUB also offers admission in the MSc (Hons) regular programs to the students in the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences in the programs like Plant Breeding & Genetics, Entomology, Agronomy, Wild Life, Social Science and Forestry. The admissions are also opened in the MSc (Hons) in the regular programs in College of Engineering and Technology in the programs like Communication and Signal Processing Engineering and Advance Electronics & Control System Engineering.

IUB Bahawalpur is also going to admission in the PhD regular programs in the disciplines of Biotechnology, Pharmaceutics, Forestry, Political Science, Statistics, Islamic Studies,  Library and Information Science, Biochemistry, History, Siraiki, English (Linguistics), Physical Chemistry, Media Studies, Organic Chemistry, Pak Studies, Mathematics, Education, Arabic, Persian, English Literature, Agronomy, Educational Training, Economics, Physics and Social Sciences.

IUB Bahawalpur is also giving admission in the PhD programs in the distance Education programs like Persian, Education, Pak Studies, Media Studies and Arabic.

Interview in the respective Departments 31-01-2014 (Friday)
Display of 1st merit lists in respective Departments and University Web Site 03-02-2014 (Monday)
Last date for deposit of fees and dues of 1st merit list 06-02-2014 (Thursday)
Display of 2nd merit lists in respective Departments and University Web Site 07-02-2014 (Friday)
Last date for deposit of fees and dues of 2nd merit list 10-02-2014 (Monday)
Commencement of classes 10-02-2014 (Monday)

The candidates can download the admission forms from the website of the Islamia University Bahawalpur and send to the exams department with the bank challan of Rs.200 in favour of Treasurer of IUB Bahawalpur. The candidates can also send the application forms processing fee of Rs.500. the candidates must have to appear in the special GAT-general test, for which they have to pay the Rs.900 for GAT General test fee. The candidates deposit the GAT General test fee in the online branches of HBL, UBL, MCB and ABL. The candidates can get the NTS deposit slip and registration or admission forms from the NTS website. All the candidates, who have already passed the GAT test, they are exempted from the GAT-General test.

The application forms should be completed in all respects and send at the office of the Advanced Studies & Research Board latest by 15Jan 2014.
