NUST Fall Admissions 2014

Islamabad, National University of Science and Technology is going to start admission process for the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs and these admissions will be granted for the Fall session 2014 in the campuses located in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Risalpur and Karachi.

All the candidates, who have got at least 60% aggregate marks in the matric and Intermediate classes, they can apply for admission in these classes. The admissions will be granted to the students on the open merit. The candidates, who have passed their O-level, A-level exams and non FSc exams, they will have to contact with the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Pakistan.

Engineering: to apply for admission in the engineering programs, the candidates should have passed the HSSC (Pre-Engineering group) from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or the equal certificate to this qualification from any overseas High School certificate or British general Certificate of Education (advanced level)/ Advanced Placement with Physics, mathematics and Chemistry or International Baccalaureate. The candidates, who have the qualification of DAE, they can apply for admission in the selected engineering programs on the open merit.

BS Computer Science: the students, who want to get admission in this discipline, they can have the qualification of HSSC (Pre-Engineering or Computer Science group) from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or equal certificate from British General Certificate of Education (advanced level), Overseas High School Certificate, Advanced Placement with Chemistry, Physics and Chemistry.

MBBS / BDS: The candidates, who want to get admission in this discipline, they will have to be qualified in HSSC (Pre-Medical group) passed from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or the equal certificate like A-Level or other foreign education with three subjects and in which Chemistry and Biology are must.

The candidates will not be considered for admissions, if they have any one deficiency mentioned below for grant of admission in the undergraduate programs:

Candidates having less than 60% marks in Matric and HSSC.
Candidates having failed / not appeared in any subject in Intermediate Part-I / II
Candidates having less than 60% marks in O/A level as per the equal certificate issued by IBCC.
Candidates do not have the equivalent O & A level or equivalent certificate issued by IBCC at the time of applying for admission.
Female candidates will not be given admission for the disciplines like Aerospace, Avionics and Civil Engineering located at Risalpur campuses.
