PEF issues 10,000 Free vouchers to needy Students

Lahore, Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is going to provide the 10,000 new vouchers to the students of the less privileged areas of Southern Punjab including Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Muzaffargarh. The free vouchers will be provided to the students, who are reading in the matric class and they cannot bear their educational expenses. The vouchers will be issued to the students after their verification.
It is also announced that PEF will provide the vouchers to the schools, which are functioning under EVS program of free education and they are supporting to the needy students to get their education. These free vouchers will be provided to 110 private schools in the less privileged areas of Southern Punjab. The government of Punjab has also raised the endowment fund for Rs.10 billion in the next 2 to 3 years and the investment proceeds out of this fund will be utilized for the provision of the scholarships.
