Pre-Entry Test on Nov 18 by SMIU

The admission test for five departments which include Media Studies, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Education and Computer Science is going to be organized by the Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), in its premises on November 18.
On Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor of SMIU Dr Muhammad Ali Shaikh, a meeting of the dean faculties of SMIU was held, where details of necessary arrangements were studied.
Dr Shaikh addressed the meeting by saying that in the history of SMIU spread over 127 years, it is a historic phase for the University, as first batch of talented students was being selected, where many great leaders, intellectuals and professionals like Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Founder of Pakistan received their educations. Upholding its glorious past, the SMIU will set new examples of success in the future as addressed by Dr Shaikh. According to him, purely on merit basis, the admissions at SMIU will be given. The chance to study at this historic institution will also be given to some talented students belonging to poor families of the province.
