The best thing is that the Government of Australia has made many laws to protect you when you are at these times and will help you to understand the importance of your rights.

The laws of the Australia are basically protecting all international students that are grouped together. International students are grouped together under the Education Services of Overseas Students legislative framework. There is an organization named ESOS that provides consumer protection to all if the students or if the institution defaults on the specific course in which student enrolled in. This type of protection includes either refund the money of the course that is taken from the student. In some cases if it is not possible to refund the course fee then they should place the student into any other alternative course with the help of Tuition Assurance Scheme.
