Protest Against MBBS 3rd Professional Result

Multan, University of Health Sciences Lahore has announced the result of third professional annual exams for the year 2012. About 280 students of Nishtar Medical College Multan appeared in the annual 3rd professional exams in which about 150 students were declared fail in the exams. The students of Nishtar Medical College Multan protested against the results and they rejected the results announced by the University of Health Sciences.
The students boycotted the classes and they gave a sit-in on Nishtar Road in which a large number of students participated. They blamed the administration of the University of Health Sciences Lahore that they declared a large number of students failed in the exams like 135 students are declared fail in the Pathology subject which showed the poor performance of the administration of the University staff. They rejected the resulted and met with the Principal of the college Prof Dr Sami Akhtar and informed them about the result and its bad impact on the education and career of the students. The principal promised the students that their reservations will be communicated to the administration of the university.
