Rachna Electrical and Electronic Competition 2012 award won by PU Students

Lahore, Students of Electric Engineering, Punjab University stood victorious in 10 awards in various categories in Rachna Electrical and Electronic competition 2012 by exhibiting their outstanding performance.

Punjab university students snatched all three positions in the main category of Project exhibition. The team consists of Muhammad Zeeshan, Aleem Farooq, Maaz Tahir and Marzooq Ahmed got first position while Muhammad Rehan Yousaaf, Muhammad Azeem Javed, Mah Zaib Jamil Ammar Khalid and Abdul Basit stood second in the competition and third team comprising of Ali Raza, Hafiz Hasan Raza, Syed Hassan Gillani, Junaid Ahmad and Syed Omer Saleh took third position in the competition.

In Circuit Design Competition, first position was taken by Muhammad Azeem Javed and Mah Zaib Jamil while Ali Raza and Hafiz Hassan Raza stood second. In Crisis Expert Competition the team comprising of Muhammad Azeem Javed, Syed Hasan Gillani, Imran Lodhi and Mah Zaib Jamil stood victorious with first position while team consisting of Ali Raza, Hafiz Hasan Raza and Junaid Ahmad stood second in the competition.

In Speed Wiring Competition the second position was gained by team comprising of Ali Raza and Hafiz Hasan Raza. In Riddle Logic Competition the team consisting of Mah Zaib Jamil and Abdul Basit obtained Third position. In Rammgers Quest Competition First position was snatched by team comprising of Rida Jamil, Syeda Faiqa Beenish and Imran Lodhi.

Assistant Prof Umer Farooq arranged the contest for the students. PU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran applauded the students, supervisor and College Principal Prof Dr Rafiq Ahmad on their marvelous success.
