214 B Immigration Rule

Actually the section 214 B is a part of the nationality and immigration act of INA which states that “every type of alien should be presumed to always be an immigrant until and unless he satisfies the counselor officer.” When ever you are denied of the student visa the counselor will say like this “You application for student visa is refused because you are not qualified under the section 214 B which is the Nationality and Immigration act”.

When you are in interview then you have to answer some typical questions which are about your intensions and these questions can easily get you in trouble. You should always remember the burden of the proofs that you have with you and that will help you a lot to answer all these types of questions. If you have plans to remain in the USA or you are intended immigrant then according to the rules and regulations you cannot qualify for the visa.

When you have complete documents with you then telling the truth will never disqualify you from getting the visa. Especially when you have selected a course or selected any proposed field of study which will benefit the USA then you will not be rejected. So in other words the burden of section 214 B can easily be overcome with the help of honest answers that you will give.
