When ever students reach at the age of 16 then they should have completed their GCSE’s because according to their Law the GCSE’s should be completed at the age of 16. One thing is also very important that when students reach at the age of 16 then have to choose few options for their best life that are

Academic Qualifications.
Vocational Qualifications.
Find Work to earn something.

When students want to continue their education then they can continue their education by pursuing further academic qualifications or can continue their life by following more vocational pathways.

Academic Qualifications:

In the UK most of the schools have 6^th form to every student to enter after they have taken their GCSE’s. There are many different 6^th form colleges that will offer the same courses that others colleges with no 6^th form offer. In the 6^th form colleges students study mostly A-Level to continue their further academic qualification that are required to students when they enter to higher education or when they enter to any degree program. Basically the A-Levels like the GCSE’s will follow a two years program and usually there are two types of components for them that are full A-levels and half AS-levels. Mostly the A-level always comprise of the 6 modules and also an AS-level 3 module for students.

Generally students mostly take between two or three A-levels but always depend on their academic abilities and drives that help them to take more and the students from any area of the UK can take up to 5 A-levels.
