The government of China is actually Communist Party led state type and the constitution of this party was in 4th December 1982 which was revised several times and last time in 2004. There are many branches of Government that includes president, vice president, premier and State Council. The judicial courts in China are Supreme People’s Court, Special People’s Court, and Local People’s Court. China is actually a country which has 23 provinces because the P.R.C is considering Taiwan to be its 23rd province. In the political parties of China Chinese Communist Party is included which has round about 76 million members in China with having 8 minor parties under the supervision of Communist Party.
