75% of the German students complete more three years training program in the Dual track mode system. These training programs include hands on job experience as the interns in the industry, business and government integrated with instruction of their specific classroom. Actually interns are paid round about one quarter of the rates for providing skilled employers. The federal labor law actually governs on site training which is provided by the qualified employers. For more than three to four days a week and also with the guidance of interns and mentors learn and practice all types of phases of the operation.

One or two days of week they also study career specific theory together with the core academic subjects at any public career training schools. At the end point of the three years study program all the interns have to pass the rigorous which is actually state recognized theoretical and are also the practical exams. At the age of 19, this type of integrated approach mostly produces skilled type of employers. The best thing is that all these young peoples can be advanced to the well paying jobs by having option of upgrading or by continuing their education at any time of their life.
