To identify Issues in Academic Programs IIUI organized workshop

Islamabad, A workshop has been organized by Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) for training and assessment of current academic programs which was held at Central Library of the New Campus of the university on Thursday.

Chief Guest was Air Commodore Engineer Muhammad Ismail, Director Quality Assurance (QA), National University of Science and Technology (NUST), on the occasion.

Professor Dr Sahibzada Sajid-Ur-Rehman, Acting President IIU led the workshop along with Professor Dr. Muhammad Riaz, Director QEC, IIUI and other faculty members of IIUI.

Dr. Sajid-ur-Rehman said that this workshop will help the team members to assess and point out issues in present academic programs. He also praised the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to boost the quality enhancement procedure of education in the country. He further added that QEC has played at vital role to accommodate the HEC policies for educational programs with IIU Policy.
