The Age Khan University has the Centre of English Language (CEL) which gives widespread language learning facilities to the University’s students and employees. Additionally, CEL offers short courses and workshops for external candidate with the provision of vast range of areas pertaining to English language education. The center has been equipped with modern language learning resources and provides consultancy services.
- Course Description
The duration of the course is six weeks and it will be taught for 36 hours. The course is designed enabling teachers teach English language creatively and successfully. The center will concentrate on discussion and reflection on current approaches and methods in ESL teaching and the application of these approaches in true atmosphere.

- Developing new ideas to teach the four language skills
- Designing meaningful learning activities
- Innovative pronunciation techniques
- Teaching grammar creatively
- Using music to teach English and practical micro-teaching sessions
