University of Malakand BA / BSc Supply Exams Schedule 2016

University of Malakand asked the candidates to send their application forms, if they want to appear in the BA, BSc part 1 and 2 supply exams for the year 2016. The candidates can download the application forms from the website of the university and from all bank branches of Habib Bank Limited, Allied Bank Limited, United Bank Limited in Malakand Division. They can also download the application forms from the campus branch of NBP University of Malakand. The candidates should fill up the application forms completely as the incomplete application forms will not be entertained.

Important Note:

The candidates will have to attach the attested copies of their CNIC/Domicile, 3 passport size photographs and last DMC, if the students want to appear in BA/BSc supply exams 2015.
The candidates of BA/BSc part 1 and 2 failing on one or two papers are asked to submit their application forms for each part.
The candidates, who are failed in one or two subjects, are asked to submit their application forms. The students, who want to improve their marks, appear in the additional subject, fresh students or full failed students are not allowed to appear in the BA/BSc supply exams.
The University will allot the exams centers on the basis of permanent address of the candidate, which is mentioned in the exams admission forms. The university reserves the right to allot any other exams centers to the students if the number of students is exceeding in the particular area. If the students want to appear in any exams centers other than their permanent addresses, then they will have to provide the proof of their or parents residence, service with the application forms, which will be duly attested by the gazette officer.
The incomplete application forms and forms without the prescribed fee with the required documents shall not be entertained until the students remove the deficiency.
The exams forms and fee submitted by the following banks will be acceptable.

1. Any Allied Bank for credit to A/C No. 0047-01-167-0001-8 maintained at ABL Batkhela Branch code (0047).

2. Habib Bank Ltd Chakdara Branch only in A/C No. 02787900060301.

3. Any Branch of United Bank Ltd in Malakand Division for credit to A/C No. 212323902 maintained at UBL Batkhela Branch code (0143)

4. NBP Malakand University Campus Branch only in A/C No. 1-4.

7. The students should note that the weapons of offense, mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed in the exams centers.

8. The admission forms will not be acceptable after last date of the submission of the admission forms, which is given above.
