On Sunday, admissions in BS, BSc, BA (Hons) would start from November 20, was announced by the University of Karachi, on the basis of open merit, in the departments including Arabic, Bengali, economics, education, English, general history, International Relations, Islamic History, Library & Information Science, Mass Communication, Persian, Philosophy, Political science, Psychology, Sindhi, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Urdu, Women Studies, Islamic learning, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Physiology, Food Science & Technology, Geography and many other disciplines.
From UBL branches, up to November 29, at the payment of Rs.800/-, admission forms could be obtained.
November 19 was the last date for the submission of forms of the same program, but Prof. Dr. Khalid Iraqi, the Director Admissions of Karachi University told that the date for the submission of admission forms for the Test –based admission programs has been extended for further two days.
