Aiou Students Can Now Apply For Pm Laptop Scheme

The students of Allama Iqbal Open University can apply to get laptop in the new phase of Prime Minister Youth program. The university, on Monday, announced the laptop distribution phase 4 and 5.
The students who fulfill the criteria set by the higher education commission can apply for the laptop by 30th November. All the students of AIOU being enrolled can get laptop through this opportunity. if the student of Aiou is interested in getting the laptop he/she can visit the AIOU website or the HEC websites to check out the required criteria.
The AIOU said this about the prime minister youth program,
Prime minister youth program is a special initiative being launched by the government in 2013 for 5 years. The youth program consist of different schemes including prime minster interest free loan scheme, prime minister youth business loan, prime minister youth training scheme, prime minister youth skill development scheme, prime minister fee reimbursement scheme for students from under developing areas and prime minister laptop scheme.
Prime minister laptop scheme is for the talent students with the main purpose to make an attempt to enhance the scope of research and quality education in the country and make an increase in accessing the information technology.
25000 students have been given laptop under the prime minister youth program.
