BISES in Punjab declares matric annual exams 2016 results

All the educational boards of Punjab have announced the results of 10^th class annual exams 2016 today at 10 am. Names of position holder students were issued yesterday. The prize distribution ceremony for position holder students of Lahore Board will be held today at 10 am in Al-Hamra Hall Mall Road where Hamza Shahbaz is expected to be the chief guest. Results of BISE Lahore can also be found through official site of the board and by sending SMS to 80029. First three positions in Lahore Board are taken by 5 students of same school (Divisional Public School & Inter College Moedl Town). Rana Umar Farman took 1^st position with 1087 marks out of total 1100 marks. M Shayan Waheed took 2^nd position with 1086 marks while Momin Ali and Hasnain Mushtaq took 3^rd position with 1085 marks each.

The result of Sahiwal Board has also been announced in which 4 girls took top 3 positions. Ayesha Mariam d/o Zakir Hussain of DPS Depalpur took 1^st position with 1083 marks, 2^nd position is achieved by Nishat Irshad d/o Irshad Ahmed of DPS Depalpur and Mutahira Naved d/o Naved Ashraf of the Educators Girls High School Sahiwal with 1081 marks each while Sadeeqa Javed d/o Javed Iqbal of DPS Depalpur took 3^rd position with 1079 marks. In BISE Sahiwal 10^th class annual exams 2016, total 60186 students appeared out of which 44418 achieved success and the passing percentage remained 73.8%.

In BISE Faisalabad matric annual exams 2016, Shehram Tabassum achieved 1^st position with 1080 marks, Afaq Mehmood took 2^nd position with 1079 marks while Fatima took 3^rd position with 1078 marks. The prize distribution ceremony will be held today where provincial minister Rana Sanaullah will be the chief guest.

In the exams of Sargodha Board, Aiman Fatima d/o Adil Hussain of District Public High School Bhakkar and Quratulain Fatima d/o Hasam Gul of Govt. High School Madi Town Bhakkar took 1^st position with 1080 numbers each. Habiba Shahid d/o Shahid Islam of Shah Hamdan Public High School Nowshera took 2^nd position with 1077 marks while M Habibur Rahman s/o Nawaz Ahmed of Comprehensive Model High School Sargodha took 3^rd position with 1076 marks.

In exams of Gujranwala Board, all the positions are taken by students of private schools. M Faizan of Satellite Town Gujranwala achieved 1^st position with 1079 marks, Rao Abdul Rahman of Gujranwala and Amaiza Ahsaan of Bhopalwala Sialkot took 2^nd position with 1078 marks each while Mahrukh of Satellite Town Gujranwala and Aswa Arshad of Gujranwala collectively took 3^rd position with 1077 marks each.
