The GDP according to 2008 is $1.2 trillion and the real GDP growth of Canada according to 2008 is 2.7%. Canada have different natural resources in it that are natural gas, minerals, petroleum, metals, forests, hydroelectric power, wildlife, fish and abundant fresh water which makes it different from other countries. In the agriculture of Canada there are many things that are included that are feed grains, wheat, oil seeds, meat and livestock, tobacco, vegetables, dairy products and fruits.

 

There are also many different industries in Canada that are industries of motor vehicles and parts, aircraft and machinery and equipment and components. There are also many other diversified manufacturing types that are processed and unprocessed minerals, fish and forest products. In the year 2008, the US merchandise that were exported to Canada were $265.5 billion that include spare parts and motor vehicles, electrical and industrial machinery, computers, natural gas, petroleum products, plastics, chemicals and agricultural products. According to the research in the year 2008 round about 63% of Canadian imports were coming from United States.
