KPK Over 25,000 students Award Laptops in December

Peshawar, The Khyber Pakhtunkhaw government is going to award laptops among brilliant and position holder students of the province in recognition of their talents and abilities which they showed their academic year. This distribution of laptop among students has been decided in a meeting in the Chief Minister Secretariat which was chaired by the Chief Minister of KPK and it was finalized to be conducted in the last week of December.
At the start of the program, the laptops will be distributed among students studying in BS 4 years program and the students of Engineering and Medical classes and 2% quota of laptop has been reserved for the disabled students of the these disciplines.
According to the officials, the top 10 position holder students of all board of intermediate and secondary education will also be awarded with laptops who are studying in the government schools. The main objective of the distribution of the laptop is to encourage all students to work hard and get good marks in their next upcoming exams and get awards including other facilities from the government. The government did not decide to consider the students of master degree programs studying in public sector colleges and universities.
