Old Books Included in New Textbooks Bundles

Quetta, Government Teachers Association has announced that the old books of 2012 are included in the bundles of new textbooks for the year 2013. The leaders of GTA made it clear that GTA has established various teams for the checking of textbooks being provided to the cold areas of the province.
During checking, it was revealed that Balochistan Text Book Board has made serious mistakes and they added some old books of the old syllabus of 2012 year in the bundle of the textbooks for the year 2013. There are some old books like Mathematics book of 1st class, Mathematics and General Knowledge of 2nd class, All books of 8th class, Islamiat, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and General Science of 9th class, Urdu and English grammar books from Class 3 to 10 did not provided to the students like previous year.
The leaders of the GTA said that the government promised to provide all books before the start of the new academic session but they could not succeed in fulfilling their promise. The concerned authority to take action against the responsible persons and ensure the timely provision of all text books to the far off schools of the Balochistan province.
