Punjab Examination Commission is going to conduct the primary and middle class annual exams during February 2016. The students of the government schools of 5th and 8th class can get their registration done till 28 November 2015. The candidates must attach the two attested photographs of the students with the application forms. They should also attach the attested copy of the CNIC of father/mother of the candidates and the attested copy of admission or school leaving certificate or birth certificate of the candidate or form ’B’ with the application forms.

The candidates can get their registration done otherwise they will not appear in the primary and middle class annual exams under Punjab Examination Commission. The candidates report to their nearest exams registration center. The candidates can down load the registration forms from the website of the PEC and fill it completely & send it to the nearest registration center. The registration forms received after due date will not be entertained. The students, who want to appear in the grade 5 and grade 8 annual exams, they need to get their registration from any examination cluster centers, but the exams centers will also be allotted by the same exams cluster centers in their area. The students should ensure receipt of the roll number slips and date sheet well before the start of the exams. The regular students will contact with their own schools to get their roll number slips and date sheets. If they do not receive their roll number slips, they can get the duplicate roll number slips from the schools or the nearest exams cluster centers.
