Peshawar, University of Peshawar will conduct the convocation of the BS graduate for the academic session of 2009-2013 on 10 February 2016. According to the declaration of the Peshawar University, the graduates, who did not receive their degrees and gold medals, they can get register their names in the degree section of the exams department. The candidates, who have already received their copies of degrees and medals before their prize distribution ceremony, they can return their degrees and medals to the degree sections in the exams department degree section so that their names can be included in the final list of the convocation.

The graduates can attach their DMC, two passport size colored photographs (with white gear), and copy of the computerized identity card and also deposit the fee of Rs.2000 in any Faisal Bank branch, or in any bank branch of the university campus. The candidates can also deposit the bank draft in the name of treasurer, Peshawar University till 31 December 2015.

The candidates can also participate in the rehearsal of the prize distribution ceremony on 09 February and they should wear the gowns and keep their seats at about 09:00 am in the morning. The candidates, who will not attend the rehearsal of the convocation, they will not be allowed to appear in the convocation on 10 February. The candidates can pay the rent of Rs.400 to get the gowns and caps from the academic section and they have to deposit the security of Rs.1000. The candidates can get the forms of the convocation from the website of the university or they can also get it from the degree section and submit it as early as possible.
