PSEB Educates 200 IT Graduates in Developing Technologies

Pakistan Software Export Board has done the research studies and it specified that requirements of the highly expert professional. It is said that there is shortage of highly expert professionals with experience of information technology tools, and technologies for the IT companies. They disinclined to make the heavy investment in the training programs for workers as there is low volume of local business and they have the vagueness in the international business.

It is needed to make available the skilled manpower at the considerable cost savings, which is a big motivation for conducting the IT work. Now PSEB started the online review to member of IT companies and other such companies, which support the trainings of fresh graduates with the programs in Java, .net, game development and mobile apps. The IT companies have the requirements and PSEB has started the training at the Air University Islamabad, PNEC Karachi and National University FAST Lahore in 2015. It also gave the trainings to the graduates in the developing technologies like iPhone programming, Android Application Development, Agile based mobile application development, Dot Net programming, J2EE & J2ME and Game Development.

The ICT R&D fund is provided to the participants to give them training free of cost and huge number of graduates have completed these trainings, which are supported by ICT R&D Fund and PSEB. These agencies are supporting to improve the IT abilities to the graduates for job activities and also for freelancing. During the last decade, PSEB sponsored the IT industry with the provided of IN training courses and they gave training to about 1500 professionals in developing technologies and trainings to 5000 candidates in open source technologies.
