Sindh Govt Retake MDCAT Test

Karachi, National Testing Service conducted the admission entry test in the medical colleges during October and the Sindh government cancelled the result of the admission entry test. Now the government ordered to NTS to conduct the admission entry test again for the public sector colleges and universities under HEC.

The investigation for the leakage of the paper was launched after questionnaire of pre-admission test for the medical colleges in Sindh on 21 October 2017. The government of Sindh ordered that the NTS would not charge any additional fee for the entry test for grant of admission in the medical colleges. Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi prepared the test for the students. There were the protests and demands by the students that the government should accept the result as the procedure of admission will become long but the government cancelled the result and order the University to conduct the exams within next 15 days on 11 December 2017. This decision was made on the commendation of 5 member committee, which is set up by chief minister Sindh to inspect the allegations of the leakage of the entry test paper. Sindh High Court has also issued the orders and notices to the chairman, NTS, HEC and the provincial health authorities in the start of this month.
