Telenor to Sponsor 15,000 Tablets for KPK Primary School Students

Telenor is the leading telecommunication company of Pakistan and it starts its packages to its users. Now Telenor is going to sponsor 15,000 tablets for the students of primary schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The minister for Education of KPK, Muhammad Atif Khan revealed that the provincial government is going to make plan to introduce the information technology at primary schools with the collaboration of national and international organizations. The KPK government is committed with the improvement of education in the government schools to bring it at par with the educational institutes located in private sector.

Telenor Tebs for Primary Students in KPK

The KPK government conducted the conference in which education officers, IT professionals, and officials of Telenor mobile company participated. The officials of the Telenor Company said that they would provide 15,000 tablets to the schools children getting education at the primary level.

The KPK education minister thanked Telenor Company for their assistance and he said that his provincial government is committed to bring the revolutionary changes in the education sector and this step is taken with the coordination of Telenor Company.

KPK government is already taking the steps for the uniform education system, which is introduced from class one to 10 and the students of the government schools will be able to compete with the students of private international educational institutes.

The KPK education minister further added that the department of elementary and secondary education is making the collaboration with the national and international IT organizations for the provision of IT based system in the primary schools located in the KPK province.
