UHS Lahore MCAT Entrance Test on 22 September 2013

Lahore, University of Health Sciences Lahore has started the admission process in all medical and dental colleges of the province and now they are going to start the entrance test of the candidates on Sep 22, 2013. The University has arranged the exams centers in 12 different cities of the province.

The eligible and interested candidates are requested to obtain the entry test kit from the main campus of UHS and other medical colleges spreading in different cities of the province by 20th Aug 2013 and submit them latest by Aug 30, 2013. The entry test will be started at 09 am and it will contain 150 minutes. The candidates should reach the entry test center till 08:15 am as after this time, no entry will be allowed. The University has set up the exams centers in the cities like Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan, Gujrat, Gujranwala, DG Khan and Hassan Abdal. In the entry test, the candidates will have to solve the question paper having 220 objective type questions, which will be divided into four sections including Physics (44 questions), Biology (88 questions), Chemistry (58 questions) and English (30 questions).

The candidates must have secured 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent exams and the candidates must be resident of any district of Punjab, Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan. The candidates, who are waiting for their FSc annual exams, can send their Hope Certifi9cates issued by the Principal of the institution stating that the candidates can get the 60% marks. When UHS will announce the result of MBBS/BDS result, then the candidates will be granted admission in the medical and dental colleges of the province.
