UHS MBBS/BDS Admission 2013 Entry Test Result

For medical and dental colleges’ admission, UHS Lahore has declared the results. Out of total 67,741 candidates, 6319 achieved 60% or above marks, 5644 secured 50 to 59% marks and 5323 got 40 to 49% marks, while 64,711 could get less than 40% marks. First three positions went to Mashhoor Iqbal s/o Malik M Iqbal of Multan, Shehwaz Ahmed s/o Riaz Ahmed of Faisalabad and Wajeeha Naveed d/o Naveed Zafae of Gujranwala with 1076, 1070 and 1065 marks respectively out of 1100 marks. The eligible candidates will compete for 216 BDS and 3405 MBBS seats of 20 public sector medical colleges whereas there are also 715 BDS and 3050 MBBS seats in 12 dental and 28 medical colleges of private sector. For public sector medical colleges, free admission forms will be available from Oct 21. For open merit admission, students having 80% or above marks according to PMDC formula can apply. 26th Oct is last date for application form submission. Classes in govt. medical colleges will commence from 2nd Dec and 1st merit list will be pasted on 16th Nov, 2013.
