Peshawar, University of Peshawar is going to manage Convocation for Bachelor studies for academic session 2009-13 and 2010-2014. The convocation is being held on 27 January 2018 at 09:30 am in the Convocation Hall, University of Peshawar and the degrees will be awarded to the students in various disciplines of Bachelor studies. The graduates of these disciplines are required to register the names of the students with degree section at controller of exams office, Peshawar University. The graduate students, who have already been awarded with the gold medals and degrees, they are advised to return their gold medals and degrees to degree section so that their names can be added in the list of the convocation.
The graduate students are required to submit the copies of final transcripts or DMCs, two passport size photographs with white background, CNIC and receipt of Rs.2000/- as convocation fee, which can be deposited in the bank through bank draft in favor of treasurer, University of Peshawar or in any bank branch at University of Peshawar campus till the final date of 15 January 2018.
Peshawar University will manage the full dress rehearsal of the convocation will be managed on 26 January 2018 at 09:00 am in the Convocation Hall, Peshawar University and the concerned should attend the rehearsal, which is mandatory and they will also present in the convocation. The students, who will not present in the rehearsal, they will not attend the convocation.
The graduates will get the gowns, hoods, and caps can be taken on rent of Rs.450/- from the academic section/counter, which is located close to Convocation Hall, University of Peshawar and the graduates have to deposit Rs.1000/- as security. The graduates are asked to download the convocation registration form from the website of the university or they can collect the form from degree section of Peshawar University.
