150 AJK University Students Receive USAID Scholarships

Muzaffarabad, USAID is an American Aid Agency, which is now awarded scholarships to about 150 students of Azad Jammu & Kashmir University. The scholarship awarding ceremony was held in which the Mission Director of the USAID, Jock Conly and Prime Minister of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Chodhry Abdul Majid handed over the scholarships to the students of the AJK University.
Addressing with the ceremony, the Mission Director of the USAID, Jock Conly said that their government is striving hard for improving the education standard in the country and they are providing teachers with better education and skills who can play the role for the nation building and make your country developed and prosperous. The PM of Azad Jammu and Kashmir thanked the USAID agency for awarding the scholarships to the students of AJK University, which will help them to get better and higher education.
