27,932 Female Students Get Over 33 Million Scholarship

Timergara, The elementary and secondary education department has allotted fund of over 33 million rupees for the female students of the district as scholarship. The concerned department will distribute this fund to about 27, 932 female students from grade 6 to 10 of the government schools of the area.
The education department will release the said amount to the post office at Batkhela which further distribute the amount to the branch post offices of Lower Dir district. According to the details, there are about 8 higher secondary schools, 38 girls high school and 67 girls middle school in which about 27,932 female students are getting education. The scholarship will be given to the students as Rs.1200 per students for 6 months.
The concerned authority has also confirmed that as soon as the funds are received, the distribution of scholarship will be started.
