740 Students Appoint in Schools Under Internship Program

Rawalpindi, Punjab Government has started an internship program for the candidates who completed their education but they do not have ample experience to get jobs in government or private organizations. Now the government has appointed 740 unemployed candidates in different schools of Rawalpindi district where they performed their duties upto three months and they will be paid about Rs.10,000/- for each month.
According to EDO (Education), the candidates appointed under internship program have qualification of MA/MSc and they teach the children different subjects according to their qualification. With the inclusion of the youth under internship programs, the shortage of the teachers in different schools will be met and the system of school will run smoothly. A source told that there are 1500 posts are vacant due to the shortage of the teachers.
