QAU Starts Registration Process for Convocation 2013

Islamabad, Quaid-e-Azam University is going to conduct the 6th annual general convocation of the University during the last week of April 2013.

According to the details of the convocation, the University administration has started the registration process of the eligible graduates of the University and they are advised to contact with the Convocation Secretariat till March 22, 2013 during the office timings. The candidates can also download the Performa from the website of the University and submit to the Convocation Secretariat with pay order in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-e-Azam University as the fee for the registration and charges for the guest if applicable.

The candidates who have completed their PhD during January 2012 to December 2012, MSc and MPhil passed candidates of spring session 2010, Fall 2011 and spring 2012 (degree completed with in four semesters), MPhil, MSc, MD, PhD, MDS and MS graduates are eligible for the registration. The candidates who completed their graduation with first position and fulfilling the conditions will be eligible for receiving of Chancellor’s medal/president gold medal. The can verify their names till March 22, 2013 as their registration has been done or otherwise.

The candidates should submit their Performa for registration along with attested photo copy of Transcript, two attested copies of National Identity Card and a photo graphs, two attested copies of national identity card and one photographs of each guest, registration fee of rs.1500 per graduate and charges for each guest Rs.500 with the registration forms.
