The Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research (or IEFR) in Faisalabad is a Pakistan institution. The Director/Vice Chancellor is Prof.Dr.Javaid Rabbanni Khan, who took his Ph.D. Chemical Engineering in the UK in 1980 and served at UET Lahore for more than 25 years. The institute got ISO 9001-2000 Certification in 2006.

The institute has four engineering academic programs.
- B.Sc Electrical Engineering
- B.Sc Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc Mechanical Engineering
- B.Sc(Hons.) Computer Science
The Chemical Engineering department offers programs at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Mechanical Engineering department began in 2004, with Dr. Abdul Rehman Sheikh as Head of Department.
- Affiliation
The engineering programs of NFC IEFR are affiliated with UET Lahore. UET controls the academic programs and examinations of the institution. The engineering programs are accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council.
