Islamabad, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Islamabad has the mandate to provide quality education to the students through their distant learning system at the door step of the students. AIOU has also set up its campuses overseas to provide education to the students living in other countries and various foreign students also take interest to get admission in different disciplines at the different levels.
Now 30 students of United States of America got admission in different programs and some of them got admission in ‘Daras-e-Nazami’, which is 4 years degree program. The different programs of this university are getting popular among the foreign students and they take admission and complete their education particularly in the states in the Middle East and Turkey. There are some of the Pakistanis, who are living in other countries like Middle East, Spain, Kuwait, Qatar, KSA, Oman, Finland, Sri Lanka, Italy and Iran showed their interest in getting registered in the distant learning programs of this university.
