The course for the Library skills development has been designed for the academic librarians who indicate the changing nature in Information communications Technology.
Information management and reclamation equipments like Integrated Library System, Machine Readable Catalogue (MARC), portals, e-journals and e-book databases, have altered all the procedure which are used in past to manage the librarians. It becomes very necessary for the librarians to get professional education which will help them to update with the ever changing technology and its impact over the changing information services for providing high quality personalized information services to the readers.
