NOTIFICATION

Consequent upon Peshawar High Court Peshawar decision vide letter No. 1297/Judl: dated 12 / 02 / 2011 announced on 01 / 02 / 2011 and Promulgated by Higher Education Regulatory Authority Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar vide letter No. 01/HERA/ General/ 260-68, dated 28 / 02 / 2011. All Govt: & Private Educational Institutions functioning under the jurisdiction of BISE, Malakand are strictly directed to implement the orders in letter and spirit, of Peshawar High Court Peshawar, explained as follows.

“ When two or more real brothers and sisters attend the same school or different schools in the Province, only the brother or sister in the highest class of a school shall be required to pay full rate of fee- The fees payable by the other brothers and sisters shall not exceed one half the ordinary rates”.
