Ceremony for Christmas and New Year in Sargodha University

Sargodha, The Christian society has arranged a ceremony on account of Christmas and on the arrival of New Year. Registrar of University, Brigadier (Retired) Rao Jameel Asghar was the chief guest in the ceremony and Director Mianwali Campus Prof Dr Ilyas Tariq, Controller Examinations Ch Muhammad Iqbal, Resident Officer Saif Ur Rehman and Security Officer Malik Muhammad Nazar was also present on the occasion.

The chief guest while addressing the event said that Islam forces on the rights of the minorities and the society who does not give respect to the rights of the minorities, it cannot develop. The Christian society also play very important role in the sanitary department of the university for which the environment of the university is very beautiful and the university administration will look after the rights of the Christian. There are more than 100 sanitary workers who are working in the university who work with great care and honesty.
