Courses After Passing 10th Class

When the students pass their matric class annual exams, they are free to carry on their further education. They need some help to take what sort of group, which can be good for the students for their further education. There are medical, engineering, commerce, computer science, general sciences, arts and business subjects, which the students need to study and they can get admission in the appropriate college. The students, who have passed the matric class or they have appeared in the class X exams and they are waiting for the announcement of their result, they need to read this post to know, what they should do to carry on their education.
If the students have passed their matric class annual exams in the science subjects with the excellent marks, they need to look for admission in the pre-medical or pre-engineering groups.
FSc, ICS, I.Com or FA Compulsory Subjects
The students need to read the compulsory subjects like English, Urdu, Islamiat and Pak Study in addition to their group subjects.
1. Intermediate in Science (FSc)
There are two main groups like Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering. The pre-Medical subjects are added with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The pre-Engineering subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
2. Intermediate in Computer Sciences (ICS)
- ICS in Physics
Computer, Physics and Mathematics
- ICS in Statistics
Computer, Mathematics and Statistics
3. Intermediate in Arts (FA)
The students have the option to choose one of the following groups to carry on their study.
- I.Com
- ICS (Statistics)
- General Science
- Humanities
Each of the college has its own set of the subjects, which are optional and they can choose one group to carry on their education.
4. Intermediate in Commerce (ICS)
The students should consider one of these groups to carry on their education in the I.Com group.
Part 1: Principles of Commerce, Principles of Economics, Principles of Accounting and Business Mathematics.
Part 2: Commercial Geography, Principles of Accounting, Computer Studies / Banking, Statistics
In the General Science group, the students can have the subjects like Statistics, Mathematics and Economics,
In the Humanities group, the applicants should select the three elective subjects one from each group for the humanities group.
Group I is added with the subjects like Statistics, Geography and English Literature
Group II is added with Mathematics, Fine Arts, Philosophy, Islamiat and Civics
Group III is added with the subjects like Economics, Islamic History, Music, World History, Psychology and Physical Education.
The languages are added with Arabic, Advanced Urdu, French and Persian.
5. Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE)
Some of the students want to get education in the practical fields like Mechanical, Electrical, Technical, electronics and computer courses. Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is working in Pakistan to give the admission to the candidates for their three years diploma courses in the subjects like Agriculture, Allied Health, Ceramics, IT & ICT, Electronics & Electrical, Ceramics, leather industry, chemical & petrochemical, hospitality & service, civil & construction, manufacturing field and mechanical.
