Cultural Gala Starts at GC University Faisalabad

Faisalabad, Government College University Faisalabad has organized a two day cultural and fund raising cultural gala program in the College from Wednesday.
According to the details, various exciting events just like Laal Bands, Jhumar Party, Theater, Heer singing party and Qawali will participate in the cultural gala. The aim of this cultural gala is to collect the Students Advancement Endowment funds for scholarships to meet the financial problems of the needy and poor students.
At this moment, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof Dr Zakir Hussain said that all the necessary arrangements have been made to conduct this cultural gala and the income generated from this gala will help to support the needy and talented students of the University to continue their higher education. he also thanked the Higher Education Commission for taking steps for the provision of 10,000 MPhil and PhD national and foreign scholarships to the needy and deserving students in ten years.
