Declare Incentives for Staff by LCWU

Lahore, Vice Chancellor Dr. Sabiha Mansoor of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) in application of the powers conferred in her under Article 13 sub section (4) (x) of LCWU, Amendment Act 2004, has announced a number of incentives for teaching and non-teaching staff of the university.

According to the notification, if any employee of LCWU dies during service or gets disabled during in-service before attaining 60 years age and may not be competent to work according to requirement of his/her seniors, then one of his/her dependents may be given job in the university on the basis of their qualification or experience.

In getting admission forms, 50 percent discount will be awarded to daughters, sisters and themselves (female employees) of this university. Moreover, 50 percent discount in the buying price of job application forms will also be awarded for the sisters, brothers, sons, daughters and employees themselves of this university.

Dr. Sabiha said that the prosperity of the teaching and non-teaching staff is the priority of university. She said procedure is ongoing between LCWU and Punjab government to get land for Kala Shah Kaku Campus and for the housing society for employees of the university. A residential scheme will be announced as and when LCWU gets the said land.
